Pandan Room Platter: comes with 4 items, each 6 pieces of assorted spring rolls, our famous corn fritters, golden brown Pandan Chicken with sesame seed and steamed pork dumplings. Accompanied with the platter: basil garlic sauce, sweet and sour chili cilantro, sweet carrot sauce and soy ginger dressing $19.95

 

Sate combo Appetizer: six sticks each of sate beef and chicken marinated with coriander powder, 2 skewers of drunken shrimp marinated with rum and lime. Comes with Acar pickle and a Javanese style peanut dipping sauce $20.95

 

Gado-gado Salad: traditional West Java dish, of fresh spring mixed, bean sprouts, tofu, long string beans, banana strips tossed with homemade peanut sauce and accompanied with crackers V $22.95

 

Pad Thai: Our most popular dish, thin rice Thai noodles, chicken and shrimp sautéed with a spiced tamarind sauce, fresh mixed vegetables, tofu and bean sprouts. Toppings of crushed peanuts V♠ $29.95

 

Grilled salmon noodle: grilled Norwegian salmon served over pad Thai noodle simmered with yellow curry coconut sauce cooked with red and green peppers, topped with aromatic shallot onions $34.95

 

Lemongrass spicy chicken: chicken breasts thinly sliced, lots of fresh mixed vegetables combined with young lemongrass shoots and sweet chili paste sautéed with an oyster sauce V♠ $29.95
